Description
This course teaches English listening comprehension skills, essential grammar and vocabulary, and pronunciation of English sounds and words. After listening to an authentic English conversation, students will complete lessons and activities to practice their English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. This course is geared towards intermediate and upper intermediate English language learners who are able to understand and hold simple conversations in English. Ambitious lower level learners are welcome to take the course, too.

Bethany Larson
Bethany Larson (born November 17, 1990) received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She earned teaching licenses in Spanish, English as a Second Language, as well as General Education. After teaching in the classroom for over 5 years, Bethany has decided to transfer her talents to the online world in an effort to reach and impact more students.
